Create, market, communicate.

That’s what I do, and I love it — but this is who I am:

At the core, I’m a problem solver.

I’m curious! My favorite questions to ask start with how and why. And then, “How can we make it better?”

I enjoy finding ways to make ideas generate income. And reading — I’m a voracious reader. My two favorite advice columns, the Washington Post, Adweek, and Forbes are daily destinations.

I live an active lifestyle.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me playing 9 holes of golf, running 3-4 miles with friends a couple of mornings each week, and crushing the competition with my kickball team on weekends.

After a driver ran a red light and crashed into me, I feared my days of running and sports were over. After 2 months of physical therapy twice a week, I needed to know how much my body could take, so I trained for and finished the Mizuno Half Marathon in Amsterdam. Now, I’m training for my first triathlon, taking place in June.

Adventure? Let’s go! In the past couple of years, I’ve taken surfing lessons in Panama (it’s hard!), trekked to the Big Buddha in Hong Kong, made new friends in Beijing, learned how to make sushi in Tokyo, and explored Amsterdam.

I give back.

I believe to whom much is given, much is expected in return. You can find me volunteering for causes that advocate for communities and children.

…but branding is life.

During a 2-week trip through Asia, I documented how American brands position themselves in Asian marketsfor fun.

I’m fascinated by all things marketing strategy + branding and enjoy meeting like-minded people. I’m always looking for a new problem to solve, so if you have one, get in touch.
